I stayed here in a single room for two nights over a weekend while visiting friends. I got exactly what I paid for, really comfortable room with tea and coffee facilities plus TV. The showers and toilet were shared with the floor but they were clean and had no issues there. Perfect location too, King's Cross and St Pancras are at the end of the road.
Ideal location, very quiet area but very close to kings cross. The room was honestly beautiful but very simple, had everything you needed, check in was easy and staff were lovely. Will definitely be staying here again in the future
he hotel was conveniently located within 5 minutes walk of kings Cross station. It is situated in a very quiet area however with no road traffic making for a very peaceful stay. Check in was very streamlined and straight forward by both Edward and another gentleman which I unfortunately did not get the name off. Both were very professional and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. It was well equipped with hot drink making facilities and a large sink in the room. There was ample space for storage, and the beds were very comfortable. Was able to come and go as I wanted, having g my own key to the front door. My son left a valuable item in the hotel room and we was contacted on checkout to let us know, with staff being very accommodating with supporting us to collect the items. Would certainly stay here again
Simple, easy and perfect for on a budget stay. The rooms were very small but nice, clean and comfortable. The wifi worked well, the staff were friendly and the bed was very comfy. One negative: the walls are thin and you can hear everything. But nothing that earplugs don’t resolve. PS: Fantastic location
The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, with great coffee and tea facilities. The location is fantastic, just a couple of minutes’ walk from King’s Cross Station, which made getting around incredibly easy. The receptionists are extremely helpful.I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms are exceptionally clean, making it very comfortable to relax after a day of exploring. The location is absolutely perfect, a two minute walk away from Kings cross station, so getting around the city was incredibly easy and convenient. The hotel is right next to King’s Cross / St. Pancras, and is a surprisingly good price for the location. The rooms are tiny, but clean and completely adequate. We saved money by getting a room with a shared bathroom down the hall. I was impressed that even the shared toilet and shower were very clean, and everything worked well. The street outside the hotel is surprisingly quiet. All in all, a good budget option for train travelers.
